Returns and Refunds Policy

We at Sew & So Handcrafted value your business and hope your shopping experience has been enjoyable and would like to help solve any issues where returns or refunds are needing to happen. Please choose carefully when purchasing if you are not 100% happy for example a change of mine, or you have purchased sale items or have purchased online outside of Australia we are not able to provide a refund or replacement.

If you are unsure of sizing, please refer first to sizing tab on website, or please contact us by phone or email before purchasing an item, we are happy to assist you.

A refund or exchange on an item that has a major problem, this is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • It’s unsafe

  • Is significantly different from shown on website

  • Does not do what we say it would, or what you asked for, and cannot be easily fixed.

Photo evidence is required for major issue within 48hrs of goods received.

For major problems goods must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition including tags and packaging.

If the problem is apparent after washing, ironing or drying, please send photo evidence and explanation of what happened. All items have care instruction label/tag/card provided and are included on each item, if the care instructions have not been followed, we are unable to refund or replace an item.

Please keep proof of purchase, your receipt as this will need to be produced when asked. You may receive a refund once item has been returned, proof of postage required for returns or alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major and able to be repaired the item needs to be returned within 14days for repair and will be sent back repaired. If unable to repair after returned you may choose refund or replacement.
